Rumah Tipe 21 Dibatasi Pembangunannya

Rumah tipe 21 adalah kebutuhan bagi mereka kelas menengah ke bawah. Bagi mereka rumah tipe 21 merupakan pilihan yang ideal. Rumah tipe 21 merupakan rumah yang cocok untuk mereka meskipun kadang-kadang tipe 21 ini tidak bisa menampung seluruh keluarga secara leluasa. Artinya di rumah tipe 21 ini bagi kelas menengah ke bawah  untuk yang memiliki keluarga besar harus rela berdesakan. Tapi mau bagaimana lagi. Meskipun suku bunga KPR turun, tapi apalah artinya jika rumah yang kami mampu kredit, pembangunannya dibatasi. Bagi orang berada mungkin masalah ini tidak jadi soal. Tapi, bagi kami orang kecil masalah ini cukup besar. Meskipun demikian, mudah-mudahan pemerintah sudah menyiapkan jalan keluarnya. Dan kami orang-orang kelas menengah ke bawah bisa memiliki rumah idaman kami. Dan untuk sementara waktu kami hanya bisa berdoa dan pasrah saja dengan keadaan ini.

Berita ini sungguh kabar buruk bagi kami. Dimana kami mendambakan rumah impian kami, tapi pembangunannya dibatasi. Semoga saja putusan MK dalam peraturan pemerintah ini tidak memberatkan kami.
